Detailed and Technical Information For Bail Bond Software
Bail Bond Software for Windows
Upon signing of new agents, and to existing agents, Accredited offers our bail bond software program, free of charge. Our program is a software solution customized for the bail industry; to manage and electronically store bail bond records, handle premiums, estreatures and many more tasks. Many Accredited Bail Agents are currently using this software package. Accredited is pleased announce the latest release, v. 2.5.11. This release contains software enhancements and corrections.
Licensing Information
An unlocking key will be issued to the Agent, which is required to install the software. The unlocking key expires on December 31st of every year. Renewal of your license and requesting a new unlocking key is an opt-in service, and must be completed by the beginning of every year in order to continue using the program. Current program users may renew their license by e-mail, support@accredited-inc.com or by phone, (800) 432-2799. More detailed information about the user license is stated in our Service and Software License Agreement, which will be sent to you with the software, and is to be read to its entirety before using the bail bond service and software.
Sample Bail Bond Software
Currently, we do not offer a trial or demo of the bail bond software. To use the software, you may simply request the bail bond service and software, which will grant you to access to a working full version until December 31st of this year. If you wish to no longer use our software, allow your license to expire, discontinue use, and destroy all copies of the Software and accompanying files.
Minimum System Requirements
Our bail bond software requires the following hardware/software requirements:
- IBM Pentium or 100% compatible computer with 32 megabytes (MB) of RAM
- A hard disk drive with at least 30MB of free space
- A CD-ROM drive to install from
- Windows 95 or later
- Any monitor supported by Windows, SVGA or better resolution
- A mouse or other pointing device is recommended
Bail bond software will not run on Macintosh, Linux, Unix, OS2, or any other non-Microsoft Windows Platforms.
Security / Networking
The program has features built inside allowing for multi-user functionality. Create user accounts and assign rights for data entry purposes. Included in the newest version of the program, your data is now encrypted to further secure your data. Our software also supports functionality for a multi-computer environments (networking). An I.T. professional is highly recommended to setup the Bail Bond Software for networking.
