Accredited maintains a dedicated surety claims department that strives to give claimants proper and reliable service in the handling of all claims. All of our claims adjusters have been trained to properly investigate and resolve claims against all of the commercial surety bonds issued by Accredited. The Company is committed to providing fair and reasonable claim settlements and is constantly striving to improve claims handling procedures to provide the best service possible.

As part of Accredited’s commitment to provide efficient and professional claims service, below you will find a link to the Company’s Proof of Claim form. The Proof of Claim form details the information needed for the surety claims department to initiate an investigation of a general surety bond claim. Once completed, mail a printed copy of the Proof of Claim form and claim documentation to the surety claims department or submit a scanned version via email. Claimants can also contact the surety claims department via telephone, fax and email at the information below for the purpose of submitting claims.
